The Darkness

Mental uneasiness, fear, dread, and worrying

Many people confuse Darkness with evil. Darkness is not evil, nor is it good. Why do people confuse Darkness with evil or bad? Plain and simple, fear.

Things are harder to see within the Darkness then in the light. Trip, fall in the light, it's easy to see what made you trip, and or fall. A simple cursory look around and it is easy to identify what tripped you up. You're typically a little bit more at ease. In the dark though, not so much. It could be just about anything, The fact of not knowing what’s in the darkness, that which made you stumble is what you fear.

Bet after reading that paragraph, many of you felt dread or anxiety. a little uneasiness. Most of you thought something negative, especially towards what possibly could of made you of stumbled, and or fallen, while trying to make it through the Darkness. Why? Cause whatever it was is unknown. Most fear the unknown. Why they never try. Never venture into uncharted territories, and never take the time needed to figure themselves/things out, Fear makes us scared to move. Well, you can either be subjected to fear of the unknown. or take courage, learn your fears and master your confidence. Make what is unknown known.

Darkness hides many things good and evil, it's all how you look at it. Maybe that one thing you tripped over while running through the Darkness that is your life, was potential. You could either think you have the potential to fail/fail if you even dare think of trying to make a move. That whatever tripped you up and made you fall is a potential sign of that. Or, you could look at it as it tripped you on purpose to let you know it was there, hidden, unknown, and now its making itself known, this, potential that thrives within you, within all of us to be better than who we think we are. That potential to be more, do more, say more, and live more. We all have the potential to be living a better life. Do not let fear of the unknown hold you back from it.
