If struggling with goals, finding a path in life, or staying committed and on task, then my sessions are for you. If you are looking for change, and to change. Then my sessions are for you. Pretty good at keeping others calm, positive minded, motivated and focused on goals, career path, or finding new solutions.
Change is never easy, even when earned.
Positive growth in comfortability is the name of the game. To be comfortable with growth, and in new growth is not an easy thing. It requires changing and making changes, making room even, for that growth. Being able to upkeep it and feel comfortable in it to the point it feels as normal and as comfortable as your old life was to you. Its changing from one vibe to a new vibrational pattern.
Change is never easy even when earned, but the transition can be made easier with a positive mentality and wise solutions, that mitigate as best can those negative feelings that can be associated with positive change. Like the feeing that you don’t deserve it, that living a better life isn’t meant for you, or its beyond your grasp.
A solid mindset and stronger constitution can help with any road blocks, bumpy paths that may, and most likely will occur during your new path-work. For they can derail your growth, or be used to enhance it. What I help my clients with, getting through tough times by building thier armor stronger.
Somedays it is wise to take a defeat, so you can rethink, re-strategize, and learn from that defeat so you can embolden your will for a win.
Over years of analysis of issues that I myself have dealt with, and with helping others through thiers. I have grown a unique way of seeing issues and problems, and have learned to deal with them in unique ways, while remaining in balance with positivity and kindness. To be able to see the silver lining through it all is a gift that had to be honed over time. My Teachers? the Universe I like to say. I been through so much negativity that in most all situations able to see hope and positivity, and encourage it in others.
That is my gift, to allow reprovement of self through dissociation of ego and pride. Hard to learn lesson when you have a mindset as such. Why learn if you think you know it all? Why venture to grow if you already think you are grown? Why I say I’m always a child and student of the Universe, ready to learn, ready to try, ready to grow from mistakes and chances I take. You know this is my 3rd website I’ve started? The others failed, but why give up when I can look up and learn.
1st website was horrible to be honest. Through each iteration I’ve learned more and grew to the point I am happy with this version of my new site, as I continue to work on it and grow it.

It’s this mentality I’ve gained over a not so perfect life, that keeps me positive through it all, and able to make changes as I go, moving forward with well planted firm steps. Ready to take a step back if needed in order to see the bigger picture, and then carrying on moving forward with the bigger picture re-envisioned, mindset re-tuned, and motivation heightened. Many of my ciients are afraid to take a step back, and I ask them why? Somedays it is the best viewpoint to see the entire picture. To see the paths that lay before you that may lead to a better life. Taking a step back also gives you time to reflect, and recollect your strength, so you may journey forward wiser and stronger.
My sessions can consist of, and are not limited to:
-Assisting you in identifying your core issues that are restraining you from moving forward.
-Providing you with solutions to eliminate or utilize those same issues to strengthen your mindset and spirit so you can proceed forward.
-Assistance in staying positive while reaching for your goal, walking a better path, or changing the path you're on.
-Work with you to construct new outlooks, new strategies and plans that will get you to where you want to be.
-Assist you with identifying your hidden strengths, and showing you how to apply them for your benefit.
-Working with you to help you control negative emotion(s) that may be hindering you from making a move. Fear is a negative not allowed when making a positive change in my books. For fear has its uses and its place along the journey, as it can keep you safe and make you wiser. But you must learn to be brave and strong to dare and venture, and learn to utilize your fear response not to hinder you, but to make you aware of the pitfalls that can and may occur. That way you can find solutions over them or around them.
-Assisting you in achieving your goals & well being while providing you ongoing support until goals achieved.
